More breakthough seizures going on, prompting more modification of Teddy's meds. Also he's been having double vision, which could be a side effect of the Vimpat or it could be because his Lamictal dose is so high. Lots of fun things to consider!
In the 6th grade the kids can start doing band. We got a note sent home last week that the informational meeting would be last night, so we went over to Sherwood Elementary to see what they had to say. It kinda freaked us out that we would have to decide that night what instrument he would play & that the band class would meet daily & the first meeting was today! I talked to the band teacher, who is married to the recently retired Seckman High marching band director, about whether she thought Teddy would be able to do band. She said why not! So once we can figure out how band is going to fit into his schedule he can start.
And he wants to play drums! Yikes!
